May is Asian Heritage Month - a time for us to learn about and embrace the diverse Asian culture here at TD.

Previously, the Pan Asian ERG has always featured remarks from members of the senior executive team. Though colleagues across the enterprise appreciated such support from their leaders, virtual participation in response to such videos have always been low.

To improve our engagement efforts, this year I proposed a video series that would instead feature everyday colleagues across the Pan Asian committees. Who are they? What are they like? What does it mean to be a Pan Asian leader in their opinion?

This video series inspired colleagues to share their unique Pan Asian stories during the month of May, engaging over 2800 colleagues across the enterprise.
