School of Motion - Summer 2021
Illustration for Motion is a 12-weeks foundational course to modern illustration. All of the assignments in this course are designed to be animation-ready - with all layers separated, clearly labelled and well thought out for motion.
From style references and mind maps to sketches and polished frames, each project was illustrated with precision, care and tons of creativity, from yours truly.
Camp Yawzers
For the final project of this course, I was tasked to set the concept and style for a 30-second promotional video of Camp Yawzer. This client is an adventure camp that wishes to make their extreme activities look even more ridiculous. The Duckman character was born out of this “ridiculous” vibe that the client has brought forth. Throughout the video, the Duckman is challenged with all sorts of crazy activities that aim to get your adrenaline pumping.
